Raspberry Pi 5 Aluminum Cooling Case — Dual Fan | Beamo

Description
The Raspberry Pi 5 throttles itself at 80 °C — and a bare board under sustained load gets there. This case attacks the problem from both sides: the full-aluminum shell acts as one large passive heatsink, while twin fans keep air moving across the board, holding a loaded Pi 5 comfortably below the throttle line.
Beyond the cooling, the metal shell is real protection for the board on a desk, behind a TV, or in a 24/7 server role. Assembly is a few screws with the included hardware — GPIO and all ports stay accessible.

Frequently asked questions
Which Raspberry Pi models does this work with?
Our pre-loaded microSD cards are compatible with Raspberry Pi 3, 4, and 5, the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, and Compute Module boards. Not sure if your model is supported? Message us and we'll confirm.
Do I need to flash the card myself?
No — the card arrives pre-flashed with the operating system, verified and tested. Just insert it into your Raspberry Pi, connect power, and follow the on-screen first-boot setup (usually just setting a password and connecting to Wi-Fi).
What is the first-boot setup like?
After inserting the card and powering on, the OS walks you through a short setup wizard — typically setting a username, password, and your Wi-Fi network. The whole process takes about 5 minutes and requires no technical experience.
Do I need to install anything before using it?
Nothing. The card is ready to go straight out of the packaging — no downloads, no flashing tools, no command line.
How fast does it ship?
We ship from the US with tracking on every order — often same- or next-day in metro areas, and a couple of business days elsewhere.
